These general conditions of sale exclusively govern the sales of products offered on the Site. They are systematically accessible on this Site by the buyer at the time of registration of the order. Consequently, the fact of placing an order, implies the full and unreserved adherence of the buyer to these general conditions of sale. Any contrary condition set by the buyer will therefore, in the absence of express acceptance, be unenforceable against the seller regardless of when it may have been brought to his attention. The fact that the seller does not avail himself at a given time of any of these general conditions of sale, can not be interpreted as a waiver to avail himself subsequently of any of the said conditions.
The prices appearing on this Site are indicated in Euros all taxes included excluding participation in the costs of sending or making available (see Delivery), it being understood that the products ordered are invoiced at the prices in force at the time of registration of the order. Our prices are updated once a year, on January 1st.
The products remain the sole property of Couleur safran until the full receipt of the price by Couleur Safran.
When you confirm your order by clicking on the confirm button, you declare that you accept it and all of these general conditions of sale fully and without reservation. Your order is then processed so that you can receive your package. You can print your order form.
However, we reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
The payment of your purchases on the Site is made exclusively in Euros and can be made by check (on a French Bank), by credit card or by PayPal.
Payment by check: issued on a French Bank, your check must be sent with the order form to:

Your order will be processed upon receipt of your check. This can sometimes extend the delivery time.
Payment by credit card: it is made online when placing an order and is completely secure. The entire transaction is directed in encrypted mode to a bank validation server in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode. You then make your purchases safely.
You will be delivered within an average of 7 to 8 days from receipt of your order form by Couleur Safran.
Your package is sent to you by post, we negotiate on your behalf the delivery costs with La Poste. Shipping costs are offered for any order greater than or equal to 50 Euros, unless otherwise advertised on the site. Delivery costs are at your expense, for any order less than 50 Euros.
Intellectual property
In accordance with the laws governing the ownership of literary and artistic rights or other similar rights, this Site and all elements, trademarks, designs, models, logos, graphics... etc.... found on this Site and their compilation are the exclusive property of Couleur Safran, the latter not granting any license or any other right than that of consulting the Site.
The reproduction or use of all or part of these elements is only authorized for the exclusive purpose of information for personal and private use, any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes being expressly prohibited.

This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
Modification of the general conditions of sale
Given the possible evolution of the Site, Couleur Safran reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. The new general conditions of sale will, if necessary, be brought to the attention of the customer by online modification and will be applicable only to sales made after the modification.

Limitation of Liability
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force.
Couleur Safran cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications. Couleur Safran will not incur any liability for any indirect damages resulting from the present, operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or costs.
Couleur Safran recalls that under article 1124 of the Civil Code, non-emancipated minors are unable to contract. Therefore, orders intended for minors must be placed by parental authority. In the event of accidental collection of personal data relating to a minor, the parental authority has the capacity to oppose their storage and/or transmission to third parties.
